Shipping & Return Policy

At NUE Cosmetics, we aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all of our customers. Please review our shipping and return policies below before placing your order.

 Shipping
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. During sales, holidays, and new product launches, please allow additional processing time.
• Standard Shipping (3–8 business days):
• FREE on all orders $60+
• Flat rate on orders under $60
• Express Shipping (2–4 business days): Available on all orders at checkout.
• Sales, Holidays & Launches: Please allow 5–10 business days for shipping due to high order volume.

 Returns & Exchanges
• All sales are final.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an error was made by NUE Cosmetics (such as incorrect or defective items).
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item(s), and we will gladly assist you.
